HRC Tahitian shaft

The HRC Tahitian Sigalsub shaft is made of Sandvik steel heat treated 48/50Hrc. The HRC has a new, more efficient tip, and single and double fins. There are 4 shark fins of 3 or 5 mm height and laser welding for connecting the nose cone. This solution is excellent for reducing the thermal impact on the rod thanks to the precision of the welding which limits the heated area. All shark fins are complete with a convenient hole for the passage of the line.

Each Sigalsub HRC shaft is manually mounted and polished for the highest quality and finish. It is possible to customize the shaft by mounting a cone in front of the fin to improve penetration.

The available diameters are 6.24 – 6.50 – 6.75 – 7.00 mm for lengths from 90 to 170 cm, and 7.50 and 8.00 mm for lengths from 115 to 190 cm.

Evolution Tahitian shaft

The Tahitian Sigalsub Evolution shaft is made of Sandvik steel heat treated 48/50Hrc. On the Evolution there are high or low pins, and solutions with single or double fins are available. The fin area is milled to reduce the front section of the shaft and improve penetration.

Each Sigalsub Evolution shaft is assembled and manually polished for the highest quality and finish. It is possible to customize the shaft by mounting a cone in front of the fin to improve penetration and choosing the solution with a central ring for connecting the line.

The available diameters are 6.24 – 6.50 – 6.75 – 7.00 mm for lengths from 90 to 170 cm, 7.50 and for lengths from 90 to 190 cm, and 8.00 mm for lengths from 115 to 190 cm .

Tahitian Ghost shaft

The Tahitian GHOST shaft is made with a fin that completely disappears into the profile of the shaft and a calibrated spring, according to a patented solution. In this way the surface of the tip of the shaft is totally smooth, without rivets or protrusions that create friction in the water or brake during the penetration phase of the fish. Furthermore, the flap tends to open as the speed decreases, partly supporting its trajectory. This results in significantly increased accuracy and shooting speed. The connection with the nose cone is made through pins.

The available diameters are 6.50 and 7.00 mm with lengths from 110 to 160 cm. The Tahitian Ghost shaft is also available for pneumatic spearguns, with the same diameters and lengths 94-105-115-125-137 cm.

Tahitian Tana shaft

The Tahitian shaft TANA version has a tip length reduced to 4cm, without milling for the barbs, to increase resistance to impacts on the rocks. Furthermore, the fin is short and equal to 6 cm. The connection with the nose cone is made through pins.

The design of this shaft makes it ideal for fishing in holes or for lurking among boulders, thanks to the small size of the tip and fin, which facilitates shooting prey near rocks.

Tahitian shaft Tacche

The Tacche Tahitian shaft features notches with a radiused profile for better attachment to the wishbone and less wear of the same. The steel is Sandvik heat treated 48/50Hrc. Assembly, polishing and finishing are done manually for best quality and finish. It is possible to choose between the single or double barb solution.

The available diameters are 6.25 – 6.50 – 7.00 and lengths from 90 to 170 cm. The Tacche Tahitian shaft can be customized with a cone to optimize penetration.

Aria Tahitian shaft

The Tahitian ARIA shaft is suitable for pneumatic spearguns. It is supplied with washer, line slider and tang of your choice for all brands. Both single and double barb solutions are available. Possibility of cone mounting.

The Tahitian Aria shaft is available in diameters from 6.50 to 8.00 mm and in lengths from 65 to 145 cm. The shaft can be customized with a cone to optimize penetration.

Filettata Tahitian shaft

Filettata Tahitian shaft, available with HRC notches or shark fins depending on the diameters. Made of 48/50Hrc heat treated Sandvik steel. Polishing and finishing is done manually. It is possible to mount a harpoon, prongs or slip-tip.

The notched solution is available in diameters 6.50 – 7.00 mm and in lengths from 50 to 115 cm. The HRC shark fins solution is available in diameters 7.50 – 8.00 mm and in lengths from 125 to 165 cm.
